Busworld Exhibition Experience for 3A Composites Mobility

Our collaboration with 3A Composites Mobility resulted in a fully immersive and strategic exhibition booth at Busworld, capturing the company's future-driven approach to lightweight construction and e-mobility. With a design that merges brand identity, deep product storytelling, and spatial interaction, we turned the trade fair presence into a powerful communication tool. Every element of the stand — from its multimedia zones to hospitality points — was crafted to create memorability, encourage product-related conversations, and anchor 3A Composites as a mobility technology leader.

Bus as Stage & Structure

At the heart of the booth was a custom-designed mock-up train, which played three roles:

  • Reception Zone at the driver’s station — welcoming guests, serving coffee, and sharing materials
  • VIP Conference Room — equipped with high-end seating, screens, and stylized interiors
  • Chat Room — informal, elevated space for deeper conversations with prospects

The coach’s floor, stairs, and windows were used to display real product features, including ultra-thin heated floors, InFit composites, and embedded animations — demonstrating functionality in a believable, experience-led way.

Bus Stop & Charging Station

Placed at the front corner of the booth, a futuristic bus stop structure became both a media display and a public zone. It served as:

  • Leaflet station & coffee lounge
  • Animated digital signage (inspired by city light ads)
  • Waiting area & conversation starter

Alongside it, a charging station for e-mobility acted as both a literal and symbolic touchpoint — displaying animated media, showcasing technical content, and functioning as a mobile phone charging point to attract visitors organically.

Multimedia Experience & LED Scenography

The booth was equipped with large high-resolution LED displays, including:

  • A corner-mounted modular LED wall wrapping around the coach form
  • A secondary screen inside playing animations about the city of the future
  • Transparent LED overlays simulating window reflections on the coach (moving clouds, trees, light)

These ambient media layers made the coach appear to be in constant motion — blending reality with storytelling and were all made in-house by our sister company Panopticon Films.

Vision Through Design

At Husarska, we transform greyed-out trade fair spaces into colorful brand experiences. Our work for 3A Composites Mobility demonstrates how exhibition design can embody product values, initiate real conversations, and turn passive attendees into engaged prospects. By designing for interaction, product perception, and understanding, we shaped a narrative that lives far beyond the event. If you're looking to express vision through space, product, and message — we’re ready to build that with you.

Whether you’re shaping a new idea or evolving an existing brand — we’re here to help you take the next step.
