We began by understanding Kamet from the inside out. Using advanced organizational psychology profiling tools like 4Dimensions, we conducted an internal audit to define their corporate culture and leadership style. This formed the foundation for brand transformation workshops, setting a clear path for redefining Kamet’s mission, vision, and design language. These sessions also guided new product development and long-term innovation strategy.
Kamet’s rebranding included a new corporate identity, logo redesign, and a full communication strategy. We developed a tone of voice that reflected clarity, modernity, and confidence. This also included an employer playbook, brand messaging tailored to multiple audiences, and a structure for working with external agencies while maintaining internal brand consistency.
We redesigned Hova — Kamet’s smart, multi-purpose storage box — from the ground up, with a strong focus on modularity and user-friendly architecture. The Fuoco lamp, created as a sculptural statement piece, showcased Kamet’s capabilities in high-precision metal manufacturing and became a visual icon for their design-forward approach.
We reimagined Kamet’s physical environment — turning production site elements into interior features. The result was a new office space together with breathtaking office for board members, as well as a redesign of Delivie Foundation's founder’s office. The project contained custom elements like automatic dimming glass and integrated branding. The building itself was adapted to match the aesthetic language of Delivie Scena and join both ventures.
We designed the Delivie Scena music stage, foyer, and surrounding spatial elements, merging architecture, lighting, and acoustics into a coherent, contemporary environment. The design ensured both technical performance and immersive audience experience — a multifunctional space that supports Kamet’s foundation initiatives.
We developed two interconnected websites — one for Kamet and one for Delivie Scena — the former was created using Webflow to ensure responsiveness, accessibility, and a fully customized UX. Every component of the site — from structure and content to visual assets — was built in-house to align tightly with the brand's narrative, technical capabilities, and future aspirations.
We created a full suite of marketing materials, including product catalogues, leaflets, and interactive content. All visuals and text were developed in sync with Kamet’s product design language, ensuring that brand coherence flowed seamlessly across all communication channels. For product communication, we designed a custom models of trains and buses. These models were designed specifically for Kamet and visualized through high-quality 3D renderings and animations.
For Busworld, we designed a virtual reality experience booth and physical stand, showcasing conceptual bus vehicle interiors with Kamet’s products. We also designed the whole booth stand together with a creative product portfolio exposition.
